You will support Older Carers to access My Aged Care, working with assessment teams to ensure positive carer outcomes. The role covers diverse communities, including Aboriginal/Torres Strait Islander peoples and CALD groups.

Applicants should have tertiary qualifications in a related field, a current driver's license, and Australian working rights, with relevant checks and screening completed.
