Capstone Recruitment is seeking a Director, Private Capital (Real Estate Private Equity Fund Manager) in Sydney. This permanent role offers 300-350k base + 50-70% STI + LTI, with direct access to senior leadership and an chance to own a marquee private capital franchise.

You will manage wholesale capital raising, lead fundraising across funds and co-investments, and build UHNW/HNW relationships within a high-growth real estate platform.
