Business Systems & Change Analyst

At Lorica Partners, we help clients navigate significant life transitions and make confident financial decisions. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a Business Systems & Change Analyst to help turn good ideas into operational reality.

This is a newly created role focused on improving the way we work across systems, processes, reporting, automation and AI-enabled productivity.

You will be helping implement, test, train, document and embed improvements that make our team more effective and scalable.

About the Role

You’ll work closely with leadership, advisers, client service teams and technology partners to:

- Implement approved process, system and workflow improvements
- Coordinate testing and rollout activities
- Develop training materials and user guides
- Improve adoption of new systems and ways of working
- Enhance reporting and operational visibility
- Support data quality and governance initiatives
- Help evaluate and implement productivity, automation and AI solutions
- Manage implementation activities across multiple projects

About You





You may currently be working as a:
- Business Analyst
- Systems Analyst
- Change Analyst
- Process Improvement Analyst

We’re looking for someone who enjoys making things work. Ideally you’ll bring:
- Strong Microsoft 365 capability
- Experience with business systems and process improvement
- Strong documentation and training skills
- Excellent stakeholder management capability
- A practical, delivery-focused mindset

Experience with Salesforce, AI tools or change management methodologies will be highly regarded.
