About Us

SANAYI MEAT is a Korean butcher shop located in Sunnybank Hills. We are looking for an experienced and reliable Butcher / Meat Cutter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cutting, trimming and preparing beef and pork
- Slicing and portioning meat to customer requirements
- Preparing meat products for retail display
- Operating meat cutting equipment safely
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene and food safety
- Managing stock and assisting with daily butcher shop operations

Requirements:

- Previous experience in meat cutting or butchery
- Good knife skills and knowledge of different meat cuts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, hardworking and physically fit




- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Valid Australian working rights
