About the role:

The role is responsible for carrying out boiler making work whilst managing the quality and safety of the work performed on the Company’s vessels.

What you will be doing:

- Assist with the repair, maintenance and servicing of Sea Swift equipment;
- Readily assist other workshop staff members in their duties;
- Produce accurate job worksheets and recording of data into the Engineering Maintenance Management System;
- Keep affected group managers and supervisors informed of any unforeseen delays in the availability of assets undergoing servicing, maintenance, or repairs;
- Travel to remote areas when required for repairs;
- Provide an workplace that is conducive to training and promotes the advancement of apprentices and acknowledges opportunities for school based trainees.

What we require from you:

- Trade qualified
- Current open driver’s licence




- Working at Heights Training and Confined Space Entry (desirable)
- Good customer service skills
- High level attention to detail and accuracy
- Time Management
- Understanding of Occupational Health, Safety & Environmental principles
- Leadership or supervisory experience
