Career Client Services Officer - Financial Planning

As a key member of the client services team, you will work closely with Advisers and fellow team members to deliver an exceptional client experience while ensuring advice is implemented accurately, efficiently and in line with compliance requirements. This role is ideally suited to a career CSO with proven experience within a financial planning practice who is looking for long-term stability and the opportunity to further develop their expertise.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing new client administration, including account establishment, superannuation rollovers, insurance applications and investment implementation
- Preparing and processing advice implementation documentation and client instructions
- Maintaining accurate client records and ensuring documentation meets compliance requirements
- Coordinating annual reviews, review documentation and ongoing service requirements
- Managing client enquiries and providing exceptional day-to-day support throughout the advice process
- Liaising with product providers, accountants,



solicitors and other external stakeholders as required
- Preparing client meeting documentation, recording file notes and following up outstanding action items
- Managing regulatory requirements, including Fee Disclosure Statements, Consent Forms and other ongoing compliance obligations
- Supporting business improvement initiatives and contributing to the ongoing enhancement of client service processes

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience working in a financial planning practice and a strong understanding of advice implementation and client administration processes. Experience using Xplan will be highly regarded, along with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Previous experience as a Client Services Officer within financial planning
- Strong knowledge of compliance and advice implementation processes
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confidence using financial planning software and investment platforms
