Perth TLC Group is seeking a skilled, reliable and motivated Carpenter / General Handyman to join our close-knit team of local tradespeople. As a member of the Perth TLC Group team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality workmanship and exceptional customer service to our residential, commercial and aged-care clients across the Perth metropolitan area.

Key responsibilities

- Carry out a variety of carpentry work, including framing, decking, timber repairs and custom work.
- Complete general maintenance and repairs, including painting, tiling.
- Install grab rails, handrails and timber ramps for aged-care clients.
- Assist with kitchen, bathroom and laundry renovations.
- Carry out general property repairs and maintenance across residential and commercial properties.
- Work alongside our renovation team and other trades to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
- Communicate professionally and respectfully with clients, including elderly and vulnerable customers.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work environment.
- Follow all relevant workplace health and safety requirements.
- Take pride in your work and ensure every job is completed to the high standard expected by Perth TLC Group.

About you

- Has proven experience in carpentry and general handyman work.
- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship.
- Has excellent attention to detail and a practical, problem-solving approach.
- Can work independently and confidently manage jobs from start to finish.
- Is also happy working as part of a small,



supportive team.
- Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Is reliable, punctual and well presented.
- Is comfortable working in a variety of environments and tackling different types of jobs.
- Holds a current driver's licence.
