About You

You are a motivated and reliable hospitality professional who takes pride in your work, enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen and is committed to delivering high-quality food and service.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience in a commercial kitchen or a similar role.
- Sound knowledge of commercial cookery and back-of-house kitchen operations.
- Experience working in hospitality or large-scale events will be highly regarded.
- A good understanding of food safety standards and HACCP principles.
- A passion for food, quality ingredients and consistent food presentation.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A positive attitude, flexibility and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to follow instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and food quality.





Working in the venue and events industry means being part of an exciting and ever-changing event based environment. Availability to work across a range of event schedules, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, is essential.
