About the role

You'll step into rooms across a range of age groups and help keep each day running well: supporting routines, engaging children in play-based learning, and working alongside permanent staff to keep ratios and care standards on track.

Key responsibilities

- Work alongside permanent staff to maintain ratios and care standards

About you

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively working towards one)

- Current NSW Working with Children Check (paid employment, not volunteer)

- Current First Aid, CPR training, or willingness to complete it

- Able to travel reliably to centres in and around Taree
- A reliable, adaptable approach and the confidence to settle into a recent room quickly
