About the role
Casual Saturday Medical Receptionist at Remedy Medical, a brand-recent GP practice at 131 Wyong Road, Killarney Vale. You will run the front desk on Saturday mornings, most likely 9am to 1pm. No shifts over the Christmas holiday period.
Key responsibilities
- Greeting patients
- Answering phones
- Managing appointments
- Processing billing
About you
- Friendly and calm with patients, in person and on the phone
- Reliable and punctual, since you'll be the first face patients see
- Comfortable with computers (Best Practice experience is a bonus)
- Discreet and respectful of patient confidentiality
- Medical reception experience is preferred, but we're open to the right person and happy to train someone who is warm, organised, and keen to learn
