Your Mission

Every pair of glasses starts with a conversation. As a Casual Optical Dispenser, you’ll get to know our members and customers, understand what they need, and help them walk out seeing clearly and feeling great. You’ll style frames that suit their face and lifestyle, share your expertise, and keep our stores looking beautiful and well-stocked. You’ll also show them what being part of a proudly member-owned organisation can mean.

It’s more than retail. It’s helping people see the world a little better, and that’s exactly how we live our purpose of Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness.
