Casual Catering Assistant

$31.00 per hour plus 25% casual loading plus superannuation

THE POSITION

- Assist with the preparation and presentation of food for corporate catering menus
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across kitchen and service areas
- Wash and sanitise dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Receive, unpack, and organise stock deliveries and supplies




- Adhere to food safety and WHS standards in line with company protocols
- Support the Unit Manager with daily on-site operations
- Deliver excellent customer service and actively engage with clients

THE PERSON

- Strong experience in catering assistance roles - major part of the position
- Outgoing, creative and a bold thinker with strong organisational skills
- Strong eye for finishing presentation, styling, pattering
- Excellent energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
- Food & Beverage and barista/coffee-making knowledge are highly desirable
- You hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
