Our Approved Provider is an experienced Early Childhood Teacher (ECT with Master degree), and we take pride in delivering high-quality education and care in a warm, inclusive, and supportive environment. Many of our Centre Directors even began their own careers right here as trainees!

About the Role

We are offering a full time traineeship that allows you to complete a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care within 12 months while earning a paid income. No prior experience is required—this is an ideal pathway for school leavers, Year 12 graduates, or anyone passionate about starting a rewarding career in early education.

What You Need to Apply:

- A genuine desire to educate and nurture young children.
- Ability to complete your Certificate III via correspondence.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) (or willingness to obtain one via NSW Office of the Children's Guardian).
- Permanent residency or full rights to work in Australia.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday.
