Annata is looking for a passionate and motivated Full-Time Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
We’re a neighbourhood restaurant in Crows Nest serving modern Australian food with a focus on seasonal produce, bold flavours and a excellent wine list.
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being part of a team and wants to continue developing their skills in a supportive, fast-paced kitchen.
The role
- Run your section confidently during service.
- Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard.
- Maintain excellent standards of cleanliness, organisation and food safety.
- Work closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef and wider kitchen team.
- Contribute to prep, menu development and the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
- Help maintain a positive kitchen culture and support junior team members.
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a Chef de Partie
- A genuine passion for food, produce and cooking.
- Good organisation, attention to detail and time management.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Someone reliable, motivated and keen to learn.
- A team player who takes pride in maintaining high standards.
