We’re seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to help craft exceptional food for both our restaurant service and special events.

What you’ll be doing
- Assist the Head Chef in creating and executing inspired, high‑quality menus.
- Prepare and plate dishes to a consistently high standard in a fast‑paced setting.
- Support daily kitchen operations, stock rotation and management.




- Maintain rigorous Health & Safety and Food Safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences at both the restaurant and events.

What we’re looking for
- Proven Chef de Partie experience and at least 2+ years in a professional kitchen.
- Strong knife skills, attention to detail and a passion for premium food.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, ever‑changing environment.
- Full right to work in Australia.
- Fine dining or high‑end catering experience is highly regarded but not essential.
