About the Role

As part of our amazing kitchen team, you will:

- Assist in preparing high-quality, healthy, and nutritious meals for residents

- Ensure all allergies, intolerances, texture-modified diets, and individual dietary requirements are carefully followed
- Maintain Food Safety standards, including kitchen hygiene and cleanliness
- Shifts are available between 6:00am – 2:00pm and 10:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Sunday.

This is a casual position, so flexibility and reliability are essential. Availability to cover staff leave, including short-notice and varied shifts, will be highly regarded. The position may be required to work at either our Cooroy or Tewantin facility.

About You

You will ideally have





- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent (preferred but not essential)
- Previous experience in aged care, healthcare, or commercial kitchen environment
- Experience preparing meals for special diets, including allergies, intolerances, soft foods, and pureed meals
- Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen
- A caring, respectful, and skilled attitude towards residents, families, and colleagues
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
