Position: Domain Expert - ERP(NetSuite)
Type: Contract
Compensation: $70–$100/hour
Location: Remote

Role Responsibilities

- Confirm the accuracy of posted entries, reconciliations, or close steps in the ledger.
- Catch entries posted to incorrect periods, accounts, subsidiaries, or currencies.
- Judge completeness by ensuring all related transactions are accounted for.
- Distinguish between system allowances and accountant approvals to flag policy breaches.
- Verify that requests lacking approval or existing records are appropriately refused.

Qualifications

Must-Have

- Frequent NetSuite use - weekly or more - for accounting work in your current or recent role.
- 3+ years of qualified accounting experience, including month-end close.
- Ability to spot misposted entries,



unreconciled variances, or cutoff errors on sight.
- Strong working knowledge in at least 2–3 specialized areas listed.
- Hands-on experience as a NetSuite user or administrator.

Preferred

- CPA (active or inactive) preferred; otherwise a degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent controller-level experience.
- Prior data annotation, labeling, or AI evaluation experience is a plus.
