My Guardian in Sunnybank, QLD is seeking compassionate Home Care Workers to provide true companionship, assist with daily living, and drive clients to activities.

You’ll tailor support to keep clients secure at home and engaged with the community, documenting care and coordinating with families and coordinators.

A First Aid & CPR cert, NDIS screening, and police check are preferred; Certificate III in Aged Care or related field is highly regarded.
