Coast Shelter, a not-for-profit charity on the Central Coast, is seeking a Senior Case Worker – Youth to lead its Youth Services team across six shelters for young people aged 16–24. You’ll work within a trauma-responsive framework to enhance residents’ lives in crisis accommodation.

You will coordinate daily operations, oversee case management and living skills programs, and supervise Case Workers and Support Workers, guiding career development and reflective practice to improve outcomes.
