Lutheran Aged Care (LAC) Albury is seeking a dedicated qualified to support the Home Care Services team as Assistant to Care Coordinator. The role focuses on rostering, scheduling and frontline telephone contact to ensure reliable service delivery across Albury and surrounding districts.

Reporting to the Home Care Services Manager, you will coordinate rosters, resolve inquiries promptly, and assist with client onboarding, service agreements, and performance reporting.
