Monitor food inventory and minimise waste. Maintain food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness. Coordinate kitchen activities during busy service periods and functions. Qualification &

experience Relevant commercial cookery qualifications or equivalent experience.



Previous experience in a commercial kitchen. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team. BBQ cooking and function catering experience is an advantage.
