About the role

As a member of our kitchen team, you will play an important role in delivering high-quality dishes and creating a positive dining experience for our guests.

Depending on your experience and position, your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, cooking, and plating dishes to a high standard.
- Following food safety, hygiene and workplace heath and safety standards.
- Managing stock rotation, storage and portion control while minimising food waste.
- Contributing ideas and supporting the continuous improvement of our menu and kitchen operations.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

- A genuine passion for cooking and food.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
- A commitment to quality, consistency and attention to detail.
- Relevant kitchen experience or qualifications, depending on the position.
