About the role

We’re looking for a reliable and experienced Cleaner to join our team and help maintain clean, safe and hygienic environments across our collection centres, offices and laboratories.

This position is rostered Monday to Friday, 12:00pm and 8:00pm and is available as a full-time or part-time role.

You’ll travel between multiple sites each day using a company fleet vehicle, playing an important role in supporting a secure and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness across collection centres, laboratories and administrative areas, including vacuuming, sweeping and mopping.

- Clean and sanitise bathrooms, kitchens, sinks, high-touch surfaces, furniture and shared equipment.

- Empty bins, safely dispose of waste and replenish cleaning, bathroom and kitchen supplies.

- Complete general housekeeping tasks including dusting, window cleaning, stain removal and maintaining tidy workspaces.

- Conduct routine site inspections, identify and report maintenance issues, WHS hazards and incidents.

- Complete cleaning logs and required documentation accurately and on time, while maintaining confidentiality.

- Work collaboratively with colleagues to minimise disruption to patients and operations, while providing friendly and professional internal customer service.

To be successful you will have:

Essential

- Previous experience in commercial, healthcare or similar cleaning environments.

- A current, unrestricted unencumbered Full Australian Class C Driver’s Licence.

- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.

- A reliable, flexible and proactive approach, with the ability to prioritise tasks and consistently deliver high-quality work.

- The physical capability to perform the inherent requirements of the role, including standing, walking,



bending and lifting cleaning equipment.

- Basic computer skills and confidence using Microsoft Office to complete cleaning records and reports.

- The legal right to work in Australia.

- A valid National Police Certificate for employment purposes and ability to provide a drivers history report.
