The Hollywood Private Hospital Emergency Department provides 24-hour emergency services to private and veteran patients who present in need of acute care.

In the role of Clerical Officer, your primary responsibility will be to deliver a comprehensive and customer-focused service across our Emergency Department, with a particular emphasis on administrative tasks related to admissions.

Your duties will encompass but are not restricted to:

- Collecting patient information and registering their details on our systems.
- Ensuring patients possess the appropriate level of health fund coverage.
- Take payments of any out of pockets fee from patients.
- Provide timely and accurate information to the Clinical Team.
- Managing patient and visitor enquiries.
