We are currently seeking a Client Services Officer for a reputable and established firm in Scoresby, Victoria, offering 1 day per week work from home.

The business provides holistic and strategic advice to a diverse range of clients, including wealth accumulators, retirees and business owners seeking a comprehensive financial planning service.

The purpose of this role is to provide qualified and proactive support to the Financial Advisers, helping to strengthen client relationships and ensuring clients receive a high standard of service and support throughout their advice journey.

This is a varied and hands-on position, providing exposure across many aspects of advice administration and client service. Key responsibilities include:

- Preparation of portfolio valuations, including assets and liabilities schedules, performance calculations and asset allocation reporting
- Liaising with fund managers, superannuation providers, brokers and other third parties regarding client transactions
- Assisting advisers with client enquiries
- Supporting contribution calculations and implementation activities




- Preparing and lodging applications and following up on their progress
- Managing annual reviews, Financial Directions (FDs) and opt-in requirements
- Assisting with projects focused on process improvement, technology and client experience initiatives

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience working within a financial planning business
- A strong client service focus
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills, with Xplan experience highly regarded
- A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach
