As we embark on this exciting journey, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Clinical Care Manager (Registered Nurse) who shares our commitment to high-quality care and is enthusiastic about helping shape the future of our organisation.
This is a unique opportunity to join us at the beginning of our journey, work alongside a supportive and collaborative leadership team, and play a meaningful role in developing our clinical services, systems and workplace culture.
At FYI Aged Care Services, we believe that great care begins with great teamwork. We value open communication, mutual respect and shared decision-making, creating an environment where everyone's knowledge, experience and ideas are welcomed and valued.
We are building more than an aged care service. We are building an organisation where our team feels supported, our consumers feel heard, and quality care is at the heart of everything we do.
About the Role
As our Clinical Care Manager, you will be a valued member of our leadership team, bringing your clinical expertise, experience and ideas to support the development and delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care. Clinical Governance, Quality and Compliance
- Contributing to the development,
implementation and ongoing improvement of our clinical governance framework.
- Supporting the establishment of safe, evidence-based clinical practices, systems and processes.
- Participating in clinical audits, quality improvement activities, risk assessments and service reviews.
