This role is responsible for the administration of cloud infrastructure and platform services, helping drive automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives as a part of the Data Centre Exit Project.

Please note that this is a fixed term role that will end on the 1st of July, 2028.

Cloud Platform Administration

- Administer and support Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud environments.
- Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and capacity.
- Manage cloud resources including virtual machines, networking, storage, backups, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Support cloud automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives.

Security and Compliance

- Implement and maintain cloud security controls.
- Support identity and access management processes through Microsoft Entra ID.
- Monitor vulnerabilities, security alerts, and compliance requirements.
- Participate in audits, risk assessments, and remediation activities.

Service Management and Support

- Contribute to incident, problem, change,



and release management processes.
- Maintain cloud operational documentation and configuration records.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders, project teams, vendors, and managed service providers.
