Renner Springs Desert Inn is seeking reliable, hardworking and detail-oriented Commercial Housekeepers to join our team at our remote Northern Territory accommodation facility. The successful applicants will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation across guest rooms, bathrooms, shared facilities and other designated areas.

Key Responsibilities

- Clean, dust, vacuum, mop and sanitise guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and common areas.
- Make beds, change linen and towels, and prepare rooms for arriving guests.
- Operate commercial laundry equipment and organise clean linen and laundry supplies.
- Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, tea, coffee and other room supplies.
- Safely handle, use and store cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Inspect rooms and facilities for damage, maintenance issues and potential safety hazards, reporting them to management.
- Follow cleaning schedules, hygiene procedures and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and storage areas in a clean and organised condition.
- Complete cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Work cooperatively with other staff to ensure a clean, safe and welcoming environment for guests.

Skills and Requirements
- Previous commercial cleaning or housekeeping experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, hygiene standards and safe chemical handling.
- Good attention to detail and time-management skills.




- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical ability to perform the inherent duties of the position safely.
- Reliable, punctual and willing to work in a remote regional location.
- Appropriate Australian working rights.

R & R Brothers Dessert Inn Pty Ltd is seeking two qualified and motivated Cooks to join our kitchen team at Renner Springs Desert Inn in the Northern Territory. The successful applicants will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting quality meals while maintaining high standards of food safety, kitchen hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, season, cook and present menu items, daily specials and customised customer orders.
- Operate and regulate ovens, grills and other commercial kitchen equipment safely.
- Ensure meals meet required standards for quality, taste, portion size and presentation.




- Monitor food stocks, estimate ingredient requirements and assist with ordering kitchen supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, utensils, equipment and food preparation surfaces.
- Store raw ingredients and prepared food at appropriate temperatures to prevent contamination and spoilage.
- Monitor food quality, freshness and portion consistency.
- Follow food safety procedures, including applicable HACCP principles.
- Minimise food waste and maintain appropriate stock rotation.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and hospitality staff to provide timely meal service.
- Follow workplace health and safety requirements and company policies.

Skills, Qualifications and Requirements
- AQF Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least two years of relevant post-qualification experience as a commercial Cook.
- Sound knowledge of food preparation, cooking methods and food safety practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy commercial kitchen.
- Valuable organisation, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage kitchen tasks effectively.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays where required.
- Ability to work in a remote regional location.
- Appropriate Australian working rights or eligibility for employer sponsorship, where applicable.
