Commercial Insurance Broker / Account Manager | $90k base + super

OneSure Insurance Services is a privately owned Brisbane based Insurance Brokerage with over a decade of operation. We're a close-knit, professionally driven team that does things properly: long-term client relationships, quality advice and real accountability. We're part of a wider group with an equipment finance arm, and that gives you something most brokerages can't offer: a steady flow of warm introductions to grow your book.

The opportunity

You'll take ownership of a smaller, active commercial portfolio (heavy motor, dealership policies, civil, trade and other industries, with some domestic) and build it into something much bigger. You won't be starting from zero, and you won't be cold calling alone. Our group's equipment finance business works with dealers and end users who need insurance, and those introductions are available to you.

You'll have full accountability for retention, account development and new business, with an experienced team behind you and commission tied directly to the growth you deliver.

What you'll do

- Take ownership of your commercial portfolio and drive its growth
- Manage renewals, endorsements and client servicing end to end
- Convert warm referrals from our group's dealer and end-user network into new clients




- Source additional current business through your own networks
- Act as primary adviser for your clients and support other brokers when needed
- Manage claims through to resolution
- Grow accounts through upsell, cross-sell and referrals
- Build strong relationships with underwriters

What you'll bring

- Tier 1 / Diploma of Insurance Broking (RG146 compliant)
- Solid commercial or general insurance broking experience
- A sales mindset and confidence generating new business, with your own networks a bonus
- Dealer composite policy experience (a plus)
- Strong communication, high integrity and attention to detail
