We are representing a highly regarded commercial law firm seeking a 2 - 4 PQE Litigation Lawyer to join its Sydney team.

Working closely with an experienced and well-regarded, ex top tier Partner, you’ll gain exposure to complex commercial disputes, regulatory investigations and high-profile litigation involving major corporates, government entities and financial institutions.

This is an prospect for a lawyer with strong training who wants to take greater ownership of their matters, develop their technical skills and work in a more collaborative environment.

The role

- Work on complex commercial litigation, regulatory investigations and dispute resolution matters.
- Gain direct access to an experienced Partner and meaningful involvement in matter strategy and client work.
- Take on greater responsibility and build your experience across a varied, high-quality caseload.




- Work with major corporate and government clients across a range of industries.

About you

- 2 - 4 years’ post-admission experience in commercial litigation or dispute resolution.
- Ideally trained at a top-tier or highly regarded commercial law firm.
- Strong drafting, research and analytical skills, with sound commercial judgement.
- Keen to be more hands-on, take ownership and develop under close Partner mentorship.
- Looking for a supportive, down-to-earth culture where quality work and professional development go hand in hand.
