About the role An opportunity now exists for a confident and motivated individual to join our Commercial team. More than just a skills-based role, we're looking for a team player with a positive attitude, who can handle a high volume of work and build rapport with valued clients.

Key responsibilities

- Managing a diverse established portfolio of Commercial properties

- Lease negotiation and administration, including renewals

- Providing a high level of customer service to landlords and tenants

- Setup budgets and collate audit reports

- Coordinate maintenance and repairs, contractors and compliance requirements

- Contribute to a supportive and cohesive group of professionals

About you

- You have completed your Cert IV in Real Estate Practice WA (unrestricted) and are up to date with CPD points

- Proven experience in the management of a commercial portfolio or similar, with a mix of industrial, retail and commercial offices
- A sound understanding of commercial leasing and property management fundamentals as well as knowledge of relevant compliance and legislation





- Experience with Re-Leased CRM is desirable but not essential

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- An ability to build new and maintain existing relationships
- An ability to work as part of a team, provide support to others and adhere to our values

- Resilient, can learn quickly, be adaptable in a fast-moving setting and an effective multitasker
