We’re a boutique commercial and technology law firm with a specialist gaming and gambling practice. We advise high-profile Australian and international clients on commercial, technology, payments, privacy, IP, disputes and regulatory matters.

The opportunity

We’re looking for a commercial lawyer with 2–5 years’ PQE who wants to build a specialist niche in gaming law. Gaming or gambling experience is highly regarded, but we also encourage applicants with strong commercial fundamentals and a genuine interest in the sector. You’ll work directly with our principal, a recognised industry leader, who will closely support your professional development.

What you’ll do

- Draft and negotiate commercial, technology and payments agreements
- Prepare platform terms, T&Cs; and promotional terms
- Advise on corporate/commercial, privacy, IP and disputes matters
- Advise on gaming regulation, licensing and compliance across Australian and international markets
- Act as outsourced in-house counsel for online gaming and tech businesses worldwide

You’ll have direct client contact and real responsibility, with close support from the principal.

About you





- 2–5 years’ PQE in commercial, technology, corporate or regulatory law
- Admitted in Australia with a current practising certificate
- Confident drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Clear communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
- A genuine interest in gaming, tech or regulated industries
- Highly regarded: experience in gaming/gambling law, AML, privacy/GDPR, payments, or US/EU frameworks
