We’re looking for a skilled technician to work across commissioning, preventative maintenance, service and repairs on specialist cooling equipment. What You’ll Do
- Commission specialist air-conditioning and cooling equipment, including computer room air-conditioning units.
- Inspect project installations before commissioning and ensure pre-commissioning requirements are completed.
- Carry out service call-outs, fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Verify equipment performance against specifications and relevant operating requirements.
- Complete service reports, maintenance records and commissioning documentation accurately.
- Provide customers with guidance on equipment functionality and operation.
- Coordinate with contractors, customers and internal teams to ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship, safety and customer service.
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
- Current Refrigerant Handling Licence.
- Minimum five years' experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry.
- Hands-on commissioning experience, particularly with computer room air-conditioning or specialist cooling equipment.
- Strong fault-finding, diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Current driver's licence.
- Valuable communication, organisation and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively while maintaining professional customer relationships.
A restricted electrical licence, White Card and Working at Heights qualification are relevant to the role requirements and should be confirmed during the application process. A Contractor/Supervisor Licence is desirable. What’s on Offer?
