Sociable Tech Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Residential Care Officer to join our Residential Care and Disability Support Services team in Townsville. The role provides person-centred care, supervision and practical support in residential or supported accommodation.

The successful applicant will promote safety, dignity, independence and wellbeing, working from individual support plans with guidance from a Registered Nurse where needed.
