Able Aged Care Australia arranges occupational therapy and other allied health home visits for older people on Support at Home packages. We're building a local team of OTs who'd like versatile assessment work, either as a sole trader or alongside their current caseload.

Where (New England): Armidale, Tamworth, Glen Innes, Inverell, Gunnedah and surrounding towns.

What you'll do

- Functional and home safety assessments
- Equipment prescription (beds, chairs, bathroom aids) and minor home modification recommendations
- Falls risk reviews and follow-up visits
- Assessment reports and short visit notes to us

You'll need

- Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
- An ABN (this is a contract role)
- Professional indemnity and public liability insurance ($5 million each)
- National police check less than 3 years old
- Driver's licence and your own car
