We are currently seeking an exceptional Associate or Senior Associate to work with our Special Counsel Nick Maiorana to assist with conduct of complex property damage and construction related coverage (both first party and third-party liability claims) and defence matters, advise on and prosecute subrogated and commercial recoveries (including prospects advice, prelitigation disputes and complex litigated actions) and general liability for defendants.

You will act for the largest NSW Government Agency with a wide risk profile, multinational head contractors, national subcontractors and service providers in large building and construction property damage disputes, including coverage disputes,



liability defence (multiparty), and recovery litigation, as well as claims for indemnity on general liability and principal arranged policies of insurance, and general occupiers’ liability.
