About the Business

FSP OZ Products Pty Ltd is a leading and growing polyethylene manufacturer with four branches across Australia. We supply high-quality, durable products to a diverse customer base locally and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bank, balance sheet and intercompany reconciliations.
- Manage inventory accounting, stock valuation and inventory reconciliations.
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to improve inventory accuracy and stock control procedures.
- Prepare and review BAS, IAS, GST and other statutory reporting requirements.
- Process payroll, superannuation and applicable payroll tax obligations.
- Monitor cash flow, supplier payments and financial transactions.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial analysis.
- Liaise with external accountants, auditors, banks and relevant authorities.
- Ensure compliance with Australian accounting standards, taxation requirements and internal controls.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the Director to support business decision-making.
- Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, internal controls and operational efficiency.

About You

- CPA or CA qualification, or currently working towards either qualification, is preferred.
- Practical experience in inventory accounting,



stock reconciliation and stocktake processes is essential.
- Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the accounting function.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with management and colleagues
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are highly regarded.
- Previous experience in a commercial business environment is required, with manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
- Must have full Australian working rights.
