This is a hands-on 2nd Line Compliance role, providing trusted compliance advice across the business and supporting the ongoing management and uplift of the organisation's compliance framework.

Key responsibilities - Providing practical, commercially focused 2nd Line compliance advice to business stakeholders

- Supporting the identification, assessment and management of compliance risks
- Advising on regulatory obligations and their application across the business
- Supporting compliance monitoring, reporting and risk management activities
- Contributing to compliance framework and process uplift initiatives
- Building solid relationships with senior stakeholders across the business About you - Proven experience in a 2nd Line Compliance / Compliance Advisory role
- Strong experience within banking or financial services
- A solid understanding of regulatory obligations and compliance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to operate autonomously and quickly add value in a contract environment
