The Concrete Supervisor is responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all concrete construction activities on site to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate all concrete works including formwork, reinforcement, pours, finishing, and curing activities.
- Plan daily work activities and allocate labour, plant, and materials to meet project schedules.
- Conduct pre-start meetings and ensure workers are aware of daily tasks, hazards, and controls.
- Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and Australian Standards.
- Ensure all work is completed in accordance with SWMS, risk assessments, permits, and site safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate site records including daily diaries, inspections, concrete pour records,



and quality documentation.

Key Skills and Experience

- Experience supervising concrete construction works in civil, commercial, or infrastructure projects
- Solid understanding of concrete placement, finishing, curing, reinforcement, and formwork systems.
- Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and construction safety requirements.
- Current White Card.
- Relevant trade qualification or demonstrated industry experience.
- Relevant tickets and licences (desirable), including EWP, Working at Heights, Telehandler, First Aid, and Traffic Management.

Pay: From $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
