About GenOffGridAt GenOffGrid, we're transforming how remote Australia is powered.

Our mission is to dramatically reduce diesel consumption through innovative solar, battery energy storage and hybrid power solutions that deliver reliable, cost-effective power to remote communities, businesses and critical infrastructure.

As a specialist renewable energy EPC contractor, we design, build and maintain solar, battery and hybrid power systems across some of Australia's most challenging and remote environments.

As our business grows, we are continuing to expand beyond EPC delivery and explore opportunities to develop and operate renewable energy assets.

About the RoleWe're looking for a leader, not just a supervisor.

This is a hands-on site leadership role responsible for managing all civil and mechanical construction activities associated with our renewable energy projects.

You will lead site crews, subcontractors, labour hire personnel and plant resources throughout the construction phase, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards before handover to our electrical installation and commissioning teams.
