About the role

This full-time Construction Supervisor role with Geraldton Building Services & Cabinets Pty Ltd offers an exciting opportunity to join an established construction company in Geraldton, WA. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

What you'll be doing

- Supervising and directing construction crews to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Coordinating the delivery of materials, equipment, and labour to construction sites




- Monitoring project progress and addressing any issues that arise to keep projects on schedule
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
- Providing progress reports to project managers and clients
- Liaising with subcontractors and suppliers to resolve any problems
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing cost-saving measures

What we're looking for

- Experience (Min 2 year) as a Commercial Construction Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role in the construction industry
- Thorough knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage crews and liaise with clients
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and quality standards
- Relevant trade qualifications or certifications
- Current C Class Drivers Licence
- Diploma in Building and Construction (desirable)
