HOBAN Recruitment is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join a fast paced and collaborative talent acquisition team.

This opportunity will suit a confident recruitment professional who enjoys partnering with senior stakeholders, managing recruitment campaigns from start to finish and developing sourcing strategies for competitive talent markets. You will recruit across technical, IT and sales portfolios while providing practical market insights to hiring managers.

About the role As the Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while building trusted relationships with hiring managers, HR partners and business leaders.

Your responsibilities will include

- Managing recruitment campaigns from briefing through to offer and onboarding
- Consulting with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop position profiles
- Advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates
- Recruiting across IT, technical and sales related positions
- Developing targeted sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media and professional networks
- Proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates
- Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future vacancies
- Providing advice on labour market conditions, candidate availability and remuneration trends
- Supporting workforce planning,



succession planning and talent forecasting activities
- Contributing to employer branding and candidate attraction campaigns
- Developing relationships with professional associations, educational institutions and community networks
- Monitoring recruitment suppliers, expenditure and service standards
- Preparing recruitment reports and analysing trends using ATS, HRIS and Microsoft Office systems
- Working closely with recruitment coordinators to support onboarding and deliver a positive candidate experience
- Maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information with discretion About you To be successful in this role, you will have:
- At least five years of agency or internal recruitment experience
- Demonstrated experience recruiting IT, technical or sales professionals
- A strong record of identifying and engaging passive candidates in competitive markets
- Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns and stakeholder priorities
- Strong interviewing, candidate assessment and selection skills
- The ability to advise hiring managers on recruitment strategies and labour market conditions
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and professional networking platforms




- Experience with Taleo or a comparable applicant tracking system
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of confidentiality, professional judgement and attention to detail
- The ability to work effectively with remote and geographically dispersed teams
- A bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Experience across both agency and internal recruitment environments will be highly regarded. Additional language capabilities would also be advantageous.
