As Content Producer, you will take full ownership of visual content creation, blog formatting, CRM campaign execution, email deliverability, and organic social media engagement across three distinct brand accounts. Working directly with raw long-form audio, video, and written content from the Business Owner, you will execute end-to-end publishing workflows, maintain high visual standards, and drive authentic audience growth. This is an execution-focused role designed for a skilled designer-editor who thrives on creative implementation and community connection.

What You'll Do

- Social Media Management & Community Engagement: Schedule organic content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, actively responding to comments and DMs to build a supportive online community.
- Content Repurposing & Heart-Centered Copywriting: Transform podcasts, long-form videos, and written teachings into engaging captions, quote cards, short-form video concepts, and newsletter content.
- Advanced Visual Design & Canva Execution: Create high-calibre carousel posts, graphics, reels, stories, and brand assets adhering strictly to brand palettes, typography, and visual aesthetics.
- Blog Publishing & Website Layout Formatting: Format and publish written blog posts with clean layouts, proper typography spacing, and visual elements on website platforms.
- CRM Email Campaigns & Deliverability Execution: Build, schedule, and send broadcast emails via GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign while maintaining strict sender reputation and deliverability standards.




- Short-Form Video Editing: Edit, trim, and caption short-form video reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts from raw footage using clean titles, transitions, and audio overlays.
- Audience Growth Strategy & Marketing Input: Proactively share creative ideas and hands-on solutions for funnels, social reach, and email list growth based on marketing experience.
- Quality Assurance, Reporting & SOPs: Conduct rigorous pre-publication checks on copy and links, log deliverability/engagement metrics, and keep asset libraries and SOPs updated.

What You Bring

- Experience & Certifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, visual content creation, copy repurposing, or digital marketing.
- Core Technical/Specialized Skills: Advanced Canva proficiency (typography, color harmony, layout design), short-form video editing, and CRM platforms like GoHighLevel or ActiveCampaign.
- Background & Domain Expertise: Strong affinity or experience with spiritual development, holistic wellness, essential oils, or personal growth content.
- Technical Translation / Delivery: Expert-level written English skills capable of crafting authentic, emotive copy without cliches or unedited AI text, alongside email deliverability management.
- Working Style: High attention to detail, proactive engagement in team growth initiatives, and complete ownership over end-to-end content production workflows.
