The Trustee for Boshari Family Trust The Pocket is looking for a skilled, reliable Cook to join our kitchen team. We serve fresh, flavourful Middle Eastern food, including wraps, kebabs, grilled meats, falafel, dips and salads. You’ll help us deliver consistently delicious meals and a welcoming dining experience for dine-in, takeaway, group dining and special occasions.

responsibilities ? Check food ingredients to make sure they are fresh and safe to use ? Control and maintain the temperature of ovens, grills and other kitchen equipment. ? Prepare and cook foods according to recipes, menus and appropriate cooking methods. ?

Season, add spice and other ingredients while cooking to get the desired taste ? Portion cooked food on plates and add sauces, gravies and garnishes before erving ? Keep food in temperature controlled spaces to prevent wastage and maintain good quality. ?

Prepare meals or diets according to customers’ nutritional needs and food preferences ? Help with menu planning and with estimating the amount of food products needed for daily operations. Qualification &
