Coordinator - Rosters
Yumaro are seeking a talented and organised rostering coordinator to join our Ulladulla Community Services Team 30hrs per week. As a rostering coordinator you will play a crucial role in managing the scheduling and coordination of our workforce to ensure efficient and effective operations.
You will assist with
- providing support to the coordinators by filling roster positions
- rostering based on staff/ participant matching guidelines and a positive understanding of business needs
- monitoring and tracking employee availability and coordinating changes
- ensuring compliance with company policies, awards and NDIS rules that impact rostering decisions
- utilising and maintaining the CMS rostering system as the key rostering tool
- liase with coordinators to identify staffing needs and allocate resources accordingly
- entering data accurately and efficiently into our database systems
- communicating with employees and participants to provide schedule updates and address any scheduling issues or concerns
- generating reports related to scheduling
