As a Corporate Store Manager at 7-Eleven, you’ll lead your team, deliver great customer experiences and drive store performance every day. What you’ll be doing:
- Run the store independently for large parts of your shift
- Take ownership of day-to-day store operations with supported decision making
- Lead, coach and develop your store team
- Deliver excellent customer service and store standards
- Manage rostering, performance and key KPIs
- Oversee store operations, stock and financial results
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards
- Create a safe, positive and high-performing team culture

- Experience in quick-paced customer service leadership
- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to balance customer experience,
team leadership and commercial performance.
