We require a Compounding Assistant at our recently built manufacturing site in Burleigh Heads to ensure we get our amazing products into the hands of our loyal customers around the world.

What You’ll Do:

- Accurately Dispensing raw materials for the Compounding team
- Assist Compounders with preparing and mixing raw ingredients to produce skincare formulations according to formulae specifications with a focus on quality and consistency.
- Operate blending and compounding equipment
- Assist with monitoring the manufacturing process, ensuring products are mixed, heated, and blended as required, following all SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Maintain a clean, protected, and organised production environment.
- Keep accurate records of ingredients, formulations, batch results and processes for compliance and traceability in-line with industry regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

- Previous experience as a compounder, bulk mixer, blender,



or in a similar role within the skincare, cosmetics, pharmaceutical, food/beverage industries is preferred but not essential.
- Requires physical fitness as this is a physically demanding role with frequent bending, twisting and lifting heavy raw materials
- Attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality, natural products.
- Display strong communication skills to ensure clear and accurate reporting and collaboration
- Understanding of GMP, quality control standards, and health and safety regulations.
- Mechanical aptitude, with the ability to set up equipment, and perform in-process checks with attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
- No jewellery, including piercings, makeup or false nails/eyelashes can be worn at work at any time
