This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining trade counter sales, product advice and order processing with practical warehouse support. You’ll play an important part in delivering excellent customer service, growing sales and keeping branch operations running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

- Serve customers at the trade counter and respond to phone and email enquiries.
- Provide product information and help customers identify the right equipment and parts for their needs.
- Prepare quotations, process orders and coordinate product sourcing and fulfilment.
- Identify opportunities to upsell, cross-sell and generate additional sales.
- Build robust customer relationships and follow up on enquiries and quotations.
- Support branch sales and customer service objectives.
- Receive, pick, pack and dispatch stock accurately.
- Assist with stocktakes, inventory control,



deliveries and store presentation.
- Maintain safe work practices across both the sales counter and warehouse.

What We’re Looking For

- HVAC industry experience is essential.
- Proven sales ability and a proactive approach to selling.
- Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good product knowledge and the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Experience with counter sales, trade sales, parts or equipment sales.
- A current forklift licence and practical warehouse experience.
- Good organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to work effectively in a team.
