Role Description The Crypto Venture Analyst is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Melbourne Area. This role focuses on researching and evaluating early-stage and growth-stage crypto, blockchain, and Web3 ventures, including tokens, protocols, and infrastructure projects. Typical responsibilities include conducting market and competitive analysis, performing due diligence on project teams and tokenomics, monitoring regulatory and macro trends, and preparing concise investment memos and reports for internal stakeholders.

The analyst will track portfolio performance, identify new opportunities aligned with the company’s strategic vision, and translate complex crypto concepts into clear insights that support both investment decisions and inspiring,



educational content for the audience. Collaboration with content, strategy, and finance team members is expected to ensure that analysis is accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

1. Strong analytical and research skills, including experience with financial modeling, market analysis, and data interpretation in the crypto or fintech space.
2. Solid understanding of blockchain technology, crypto assets, DeFi, NFTs, and broader Web3 ecosystems, with the ability to explain technical topics in accessible language.
3. Experience in venture analysis, investment research, or related roles within finance, consulting, or technology, preferably involving digital assets.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear reports, investment memos, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
5. Comfort working with on-chain data tools, crypto market trackers, and basic SQL or analytics platforms considered an advantage.
6. Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a team-oriented team environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
7. Genuine interest in inspirational content, personal development, and connecting complex investment insights to broader audience-friendly narratives.
