About Us:

Fallshaw Wheels & Castors and Electrodrive Mobility Solutions (tugs, powered trolleys etc) (sister companies) are proudly designed and manufactured in Australia. We are currently seeking an Internal Sales/Trade Counter Sales person for our BUSY Silverwater Showroom (ten minutes from Parramatta, just off the M4). You'll be specifying and selling; a large range of wheels & castors, manual handling solutions including scissor lift trolleys, conveyors, bin lifters, tugs, spring loaded pallet positioners, pallet trucks and industrial trolleys.

About the Role:

This position is mostly internal sales (desk / counter / showroom) but also works in the warehouse to receive and despatch orders.

This role will eventually (after extensive training and mentoring) handle all aspects of retail operations:





- Serve customers and assist them in product selection (which requires computer skills to enter sales orders).
- Answer phones.
- Enter orders.
- Pick and pack orders, replenish display stands to present stock in an appealing way, receive stock, store and dispatch goods.
- Load and unload trucks using a walkie stacker (no licence required).
- Manage stock (place replenishment orders from the factory and then merchandise the display stands)
